Order Policy

Production Time

• Production time for custom embroidery orders ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on current order volume.
• Shipping time is not included in the production timeframe and will vary depending on the destination.
  

Pricing

• Prices listed on the website apply to the ready designs shown on our website.
• Fully custom designs or special requests may have different pricing depending on the size, details, and materials required.

Design Approval & Edits

• A design preview can be shared upon request before production begins.
• One revision is included at this stage.
• Any additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee.
• If no preview is requested, production will begin based on the details provided with the order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed and production has started.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect or an error in the order.
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can carefully review the concern and work toward a solution that is fair and satisfactory.
• Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.
• If a replacement is approved, the original item must be returned to Darzeh at the customer’s expense.
• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and in their original condition.
• Once the item is received and inspected, the agreed replacement will be prepared and shipped.

Color & Detail Variations

• Embroidery is created using thread stitched into fabric, not printing.
• Slight variations in thread colors and small design details may occur.
• Colors may also appear slightly different due to screen displays and lighting conditions. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Order Acceptance & Personalization Policy

• Darzeh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion if the requested wording or content is considered inappropriate or does not align with our brand values, without providing a reason to the customer.
• A full refund will be issued if an order is canceled by Darzeh.
  
• Personalization will be completed exactly as submitted.
• Once production has started, personalization details cannot be changed or modified.

Pre-Shipping Photos

• Due to high order volume, we may not always be able to provide photos before shipping, and this service is not guaranteed.

Use of Product Images

• Darzeh reserves the right to photograph completed orders and use these images on our website and social media platforms for documentation and marketing purposes at any time.

U.S. Import Taxes

• Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes upon delivery.
• These charges are determined by U.S. customs and are the customer’s responsibility.
• Darzeh is not responsible for any additional fees after shipping.
